Job Description

We are working closely with one of our Asset Finance clients who is looking for a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will focus on building strong connections with local businesses and helping them secure funding. You will collaborate with various finance companies to negotiate the best terms and rates for your clients. You need to have a good client base to be successful in this role.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist small to medium-sized businesses in obtaining quick, hassle-free access to funding at the most competitive rates.
  • Actively promote and cross-sell the full range of company services within your local area and to your existing customer.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with introducers, funders, and internal stakeholders
  • Build and manage a portfolio of strong customer relationships
  • Create and execute strategies to retain existing clients and attract new business opportunities.
  • Increase your professional profile through networking events, social media, and other platforms.
  • Contribute as an active and supportive team member


Essential criteria:

  • Significant experience in asset finance, within a brokerage or direct lender
  • Bring an existing client base and an established introducer base
  • UK drivers’ licence
  • Expertise in operating within financial services overall
