Role Summary


Our client is seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Director focused on generating new business and fostering relationships. As Regional Sales Director, you will drive business development through direct sales initiatives, leveraging marketing leads, engaging in local marketing activities, and proactively sourcing new opportunities through external agents and introducers. The role is field-based across the North West region, requiring travel to meet customers in person and to support your team’s growth and development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source sales in the North West region by prospecting existing customers, sourcing new clients, and working with dealer introducers.
  • Negotiate agreements, close sales, and gather relevant market and customer information.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all finance products offered by the company, including any associated add-on products.
  • Collaborate closely with the Collections team to maintain satisfactory default levels within your portfolio and that of your team.
  • Ensure adherence to all Governance and Compliance requirements and fulfil reporting and reviewing obligations as required by Regulatory Bodies.
